Return Policy

Returns or refunds,

We provide a 30-day return policy to our customers. Within 30 days of the shipping date, products can be returned at any time.

Size adjustment
If the wrong size is ordered, you can send or return the product back to us. After we receive the product that was returned, we will deliver the correct size. It is also possible to get a refund without the cost of shipping. NOTE: The product must be brand-new for us to be able to accept it.

Refund

If case that you are not happy with your purchase or we are unable to arrange a size swapping, we will issue a refund. Your returned items must be unopened and in pristine condition. You can return the item by sending it to our return address. The customer is responsible for the return shipping expenses if there was no mistake on our end. If we were at fault, you must pay the return shipping expenses up front (please choose the cheapest option), give us a picture of the receipt, and we will issue you a refund. You will receive your refund when we evaluate the returned item for signs of usage.
