RETURN ELIGIBILITY

✅ Items that CAN be returned: 

  • Delivered items (within 14 days of delivery)
  • Unworn or unused condition 
  • With original tags and packaging 
  • With receipt or proof of purchase 

❌ Items that CANNOT be returned: 

  • Sale items or gift cards
  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care goods (beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

How to Request a Return

Requesting a return is easy! Follow these simple steps to submit 
your return request directly in your customer account.

STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE

Step 1: Sign In to Your Account
- Click the profile icon in our store menu
- Or visit: https://shopify.com/68928340233/account
- You'll be prompted to sign in

Step 2: Enter Your Email Address
- In the "Email" field, enter your email address
- Click "Continue"

Step 3: Verify with a Code
- Check the email we sent you
- Copy the 6-digit verification code
- Return to the store and enter the code

Step 4: Select Your Order
- You'll see all your orders
- Find the order with the item you want to return
- Click "Return items"

Step 5: Choose Items to Return
- If your order has multiple items, select which ones to return
- Click "Continue"

Step 6: Select a Return Reason
- Choose a reason from the list
- Common reasons: Too big, Too small, Wrong color, Damaged, etc.

Step 7: Add Optional Notes
- Add any additional information about your return
- This helps us process your request faster

Step 8: Submit
- Review your return request
- Click "Submit return request"
- You'll receive a confirmation email

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

1. Confirmation - You'll receive an email confirming your request

2. Review - Our team reviews your request (usually 3-5 business days)

3. Approval - If approved, we'll email you:
   - Return shipping label
   - Return address
   - Shipping instructions

4. Refund - Once we receive and inspect your item, 
   we'll process your refund within 10 business days
